  1. First of all, wash the chicken thoroughly, then mix all the above ingredients in it well, after keeping it for 1/2 hour. So that these ingredients stick well to the chicken pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or deep fryer and kadai to 350-375°F (175-190°C).
  3. Carefully drop the mixed chicken pieces, a few at a time, into the hot oil. Fry the chicken pieces until they become golden brown and crispy. Usually, it takes about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Use a slotted spoon to remove the chicken pakoras from the oil and place them on a plate covered with tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
  5. Fry the remaining chicken pieces in the same manner.
  6. After frying all the chicken pieces, keep them aside to cool for 10 minutes.
  7. After all the chicken pieces cool down for 10 minutes, fry them again for 2-5 minutes so that the chicken pieces are cooked completely and the Pakora becomes crispy.
  8. Serve the chicken pakoras hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
